Booking a brow or lash treatment for the first time? Here's exactly what happens – from choosing a time to the aftercare – so nothing is a surprise.

Brow lamination with tint and lash lift with tint by Nikola, Wakefield

1. Booking

You book online with Nikola's real free times and choose English or Polish. Nikola confirms every booking personally, and your confirmation tells you where to come.

2. Patch test (for tints)

Hybrid brows, lamination with tint and lash lifts include a tint, so you need a quick patch test at least 24 hours before if it's your first tint with Nikola or your last one with her was more than 6 months ago. Nikola arranges it with you. Lamination without tint doesn't need one.

3. Consultation

Nikola asks what result you like, explains the options and agrees the shape and finish with you before she starts. Tell her if your skin is sensitive so she can choose the gentlest approach.

4. The treatment

You relax with your eyes closed. Brow lamination and a classic lash lift each take about an hour; a Korean-inspired lift a little longer. Most clients find it relaxing.

5. Aftercare

The first 24 hours matter most: keep the treated area dry and away from steam, sauna, make-up and oily products. You get aftercare advice for your treatment, and you can wear mascara again from the day after a lash lift.
