Lash lift or lash extensions?
A lash lift works with your own lashes – no glue and no infills. If you want a natural, mascara-free look with little upkeep, it's usually the easier choice.
What a lash lift does
A lash lift curls your natural lashes from the base and a tint makes lighter tips look darker. Nothing is added to your lashes, so there is nothing to fill in or fall out.
When extensions might suit you better
Extensions add extra lashes for more length or volume than your own lashes have, and they need regular infills. The Blink Beauty doesn't offer extensions – Nikola specialises in lifts that work with your natural lashes.
Classic or Korean-inspired lift?
A Classic Lash Lift gives a more rounded, noticeable curl. A Korean-inspired lift raises the lashes from the root for a smoother, longer-looking line and a more open eye. Tint is included in both.
How long a lash lift lasts
Results typically last around 4 to 6 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. This is not a guarantee.
Is a lift right for your lashes?
The condition of your natural lashes and any previous treatments matter. Nikola checks before starting and may advise waiting or another option if a lift isn't right for you.
Questions
Can I wear mascara after a lash lift?
Yes, from the day after. Most clients find they don't need it.
Do I need a patch test for a lash lift?
Yes, if it's your first tint or lash lift with Nikola, or your last one with her was more than 6 months ago – at least 24 hours before your appointment.
